UIS is providing Sfax as a web-based alternative method to send and receive faxes.  The use of Sfax is meant primarily to benefit clinics and other departments that are experiencing disruptions to their workflows due to problems with analog fax lines. Zoom Phone is an optional calling feature which can be purchased for Pacific University Zoom and Protected Data Zoom accounts.. Once enabled, basic telephone features (call in, call out) become available to the account holder.
