This article is for Pacific University employees who process Colleague reports that create temporary files in the public HOLD file directory. The article describes our policy for purging these temporary files.
This article is a introduction to the use of Excel as a front end for the ODS. It was used by Macintosh users who did not have an Access front end. That stopped when the upgrade to the new ODS server required a higher security protocol than the Microsoft drivers could provide.
UI 6 is the standard user interface to access the Colleague (by Ellucian) system.
