Accommodate is a portal for students, faculty, and the Office of Accessibility and Accommodation (OAA) Services to manage accommodations to students.


Clark Hall was constructed in 1966 as a traditional Residence Hall for students. It is now used to accommodate affiliated guests in need of short-term housing that will be on the Forest Grove or Hillsboro Campus for University academic business and have a current Pacific employee sponsoring the request (i.e. visiting scholars, special student program requirement).


UIS provides a a catalogue of equipment to checkout for short periods of time to facilitate presentations, collaboration, and connectivity.


Meditrek is a medical education management system used to help with evaluation requirements for clinical practitioners.


Plan and promote your university events. Reserve campus spaces. Build ticket and registration forms. Invite guests through multichannel promotion.


Pacific University offers one short-term use guest apartment on the Forest Grove Campus. The apartment is available to staff, faculty, alumni and trustees, for themselves or a sponsored guest.


This service allows students to engage in campus living processes, including applying for housing, selecting meal plans, completing room condition reports, and more. Select staff use the system in their responsibilities in managing campus living processes.


Guest wireless is available at most Pacific locations. Current students, faculty and staff can obtain the latest username and password here.


Simple and TOTP (Time-based One Time Password) are multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods that protect accounts not protected by employee's Duo MFA.


Support requests related to desktop and laptop computing technology at Pacific University healthcare clinics, including peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, signature pads, card readers, and more.

PUNet ID is the username and associated password used to log on to almost all Pacific University computers and online resources.

Duo is a Multi-Factor Authentication system that provides additional security for Pacific employee accounts by requiring a second factor be used to prove one's identity when logging in.


Sfax is an electronic fax application that allows for the receipt and delivery of faxes. Sfax is intended to be used in lieu of our legacy fax machines and does not replace faxing patient information from Epic.


UIS maintains a centralized fund for cell phones for employees.


TinyCat is the simple, fast, and professional online catalog for small libraries, powered by LibraryThing. (Cloud, SaaS, Web-based).  This web-based access would let a student see what tools are available to them without having to be in the office and/or on campus in person.
