PUNet ID is the username and associated password used to log on to almost all Pacific University computers and online resources.
Sfax is an electronic fax application that allows for the receipt and delivery of faxes. Sfax is intended to be used in lieu of our legacy fax machines and does not replace faxing patient information from Epic.
Vector LMS is an online training system, chosen to help fulfill the State of Oregon mandate that all Pacific University students and employees complete a yearly sexual misconduct training. Employee trainings are available in both English and Spanish.

TinyCat is the simple, fast, and professional online catalog for small libraries, powered by LibraryThing. (Cloud, SaaS, Web-based). This web-based access would let a student see what tools are available to them without having to be in the office and/or on campus in person.

Examplify is secure testing software, hosted by Examsoft, that can run on computers and iPads, used by the Audiology, Dental Hygiene Studies, Optometry, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy/Athletic Training and Physicians Assistant programs.
Issue Reporting: System Abnormality or Potential Security Event
Blue Horizons is the university's preferred vendor for Avigilon security camera systems (and other security and physical access control systems). Security cameras are used by CPS to monitor safety at various Pacific University campuses and locations. Security camera systems have also been purchased by individual departments for purposes that include door, patient interaction, and classroom academic honesty monitoring.
The University Privacy Officer investigates every potential or suspected: violation of privacy, flaw in security that may result in a violation of privacy or violation of the policies put in place to protect privacy. Anonymous reporting is available.
Duo is a Multi-Factor Authentication system that provides additional security for Pacific employee accounts by requiring a second factor be used to prove one's identity when logging in.
Simple and TOTP (Time-based One Time Password) are multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods that protect accounts not protected by employee's Duo MFA.
