PUNet IDs are provided to all Staff, Faculty, Students, and Alumni (after 1992). The Account and Email Address Policy knowledge base article has more information on who gets an account the various resources the accounts have access to.
If you would like to request a sponsored account you can request that by clicking "Request Sponsored Account", please read the Creating A Sponsorship Request knowledge base for more information.
For password resets you can click on "Password Reset" to be taken to our self service reset tool or you can connect with the helpdesk either through a phone call at 503-352-1500 or connect with us via Zoom (5033521500) M-F 8a-5p. The Pacific University Helpdesk will need to do a live verification of your identity before providing you with an alternative way to access your account.
