Description
Accommodate is a portal for students, faculty, and the Office of Accessibility and Accommodation (OAA) Services to manage accommodations to students.
1) Portal access for students to request new accommodations and view their current accommodations, including stream-lined intake for new OAA clients.
2) Portal access to faculty and staff to view real-time reports on students’ required accommodations that faculty and staff need to know, e.g., instructors, housing, CPS, etc.
3) Portal access to students and faculty to securely coordinate test proctoring details (test length, permitted aids, special materials) with OAA staff, including ability for OAA staff to manage staffing and space capacity for multiple testing locations.
