Guest Apartment

Staff, faculty, alumni and trustees can request guest housing for themselves or on behalf of a guest.


We are pleased to offer guest accommodations in the Guest Apartment. The apartment features one full size bed and has a two person maximum occupancy (sharing a full bed). The rate for the guest apartment is $95.00 per night. Guests are welcome to check-in between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. You will be issued a parking pass and information on how to access WiFi for your stay when you check-in. 

Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. When the University is closed, such as during Winter Break, the apartment is not available. Minors are not permitted to stay in the Guest Apartment. 

The Guest Apartment has a maximum stay limit of three nights. Eligible guests requiring extended stays are encouraged to utilize Short Term Guest Housing, details here. In the event that an extended stay is approved for the Guest Apartment, it shall not exceed 6 nights and a $200 enhanced cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the nightly rate.

If you are personally paying for your guest housing, you will be contacted for payment upon receipt of this form. Payment must be received in advance of your stay to secure your reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your stay will not be issued refunds.

Upon departure, please leave your keys on the bedroom dresser and all doors should be locked. There is a $300.00 re-coring fee for all keys that are not returned.
