This document describes which funding source within Pacific University pays for different technologies and various technology services and supplies.

New Equipment

Computers for New Positions Generally Departments**
Telephones for New Positions Departments
Replacement of Older Computers UIS and Departments***
Special Peripherals (Special Cables, Special Mice & Keyboards, Speakers, etc.) Departments
HP Workgroup Laserjet Printers UIS
Sub-Workgroup Printers (these are printers that do not qualify for medium and large-office use because of low duty cycles, no Ethernet capability, not being laser printers, etc. This includes desktop multifunction printers) Departments
Office Copiers, Fax Machines & Multifunction Devices Contact Business Office: Copy Machine Procedure

*** Non-warranty computer repairs for accidents that happen off-campus will be charged to individual employees unless the department chooses to pay for the repair.
