How To: Automatically Forward Emails to Non-Pacific Email Accounts

Forwarding of Pacific University employee emails is not available. Pacific University policy is that all work-related email for an employee should be received at their Pacific University email account and all work-related email from an employee should be sent from their Pacific University email account.

Students

To forward email from your BoxerMail account to another account:

  1. Log into Boxermail.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper left, and choose Settings.
  3. Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  4. Click Add a forwarding address.
  5. Enter the address you want your mail forwarded to and click Next and proceed and OK.
  6. In a new window, go to your other email account. You will have an email from Google. Get the verification code.
  7. In your BoxerMail account, back in the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab, enter the verification code and click Verify.
  8. Your non-Pacific email address will now show up in the Forwarding section. It is strongly suggested that you select the option keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox.
  9. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
