The TeamDynamix Mobile app allows you to connect to TeamDynamix from your mobile device. This guide will walk you through finding, installing, and connecting the TeamDynamix Mobile app. This article is for Pacific University TeamDynamix technicians with permission to use this application.
Procedure
Step 1: Install the TeamDynamix Mobile App
The TeamDynamix Mobile app is available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can find the app using one of these methods:
- In Pacific University TDx Work Management , under the "View Applications" button at the top, open the "Downloads " application.

- Select TeamDynamix Mobile.

- Use the mobile device's camera to scan the "Install the Mobile App" QR Code or on your phone go the App Store or Google Play store icons.
- In the App Store or Google Play Store, search "TeamDynamix".
- Open the app once it finishes installing.
Step 2: Register the Mobile App
The TeamDynamix Mobile app must be registered to your instance of TeamDynamix in order to connect. Follow these steps to register your mobile app:
- Open the TeamDynamix Mobile once it's finishes installing.
- Select the icon that shows up in the TeamDynamix Instance ID field. If your phone asks to give permissions to the app to use the camera, please grant it.

- Center the camera on the QR code from the Register the Mobile App section. Select OK to proceed
- Sign In with your usual PUNIT ID and password, approve the MFA required.
- You're done! The TeamDynamix Mobile App has been installed and registered on your device.
