The University has access to a pool of Adobe Creative cloud licenses that give the user of which access to the entire Adobe creative cloud Suite of applications and services. These are available to Faculty and Staff via a Yearly subscription that can be facilitate through the Technology Purchasing form in the Services portal. Students that are in programs or classes that have paid for license will also have access as long as they are enrolled in those programs and/or courses.

If you need access please click on the "Request Adobe Creative Cloud" button in the right-hand Menu.
Once you have been granted access, your next step is to go to Adobe.com and sign in to your Adobe ID for the first time.
1. Go to Adobe.com

2. Click sign in in the top right-hand corner.
- Note: Your Adobe ID is your Preferred email address with the University. If you are uncertain what your Preffered email address is, you can find that information at https://account.pacificu.edu/u/address
3. Enter your Adobe ID in the field and Click Continue
- Note: Do not use the "Continue with Google" Option. This will create a different account that the licensing is not attached to.

4. If you have not already logged into other Pacific Services, you will be redirected to the Pacific University Central Authentication system. Authenticate with your PUNetID and Password.
Note: If you are presented with a password field, just click on the "Reset Password" option below the password field.
5. If asked if the account is a Personal or a School/Work account, choose School/Work
6. Next you will be asked Which "Profile" to sign in. Your profile is Pacific University Oregon.

7. Once you are logged in then you will be able to select which apps or Adobe services you would like to launch.
