To begin the University has access to a pool of Adobe Creative cloud licenses that give the user of which access to the entire Adobe creative cloud Suite of applications and services. These are available to Faculty and Staff via a Yearly subscription that can be facilitate through the Technology Purchasing form in the Services portal. Students that are in programs or classes that have paid for license will also have access as long as they are enrolled in those programs and/or courses.
If you need access please click on the request Adobe Creative Cloud in the right-hand Menu.
Once you have been granted access, your next step is to go to Adobe.com and sign in to your Adobe ID for the first time.
1. Go to Adobe.com
2. Click sign in in the top right-hand corner.
- Note: Your Adobe ID is your PUNetID@pacificu.edu ex carr1234@pacificu.edu or a123456b@pacificu.edu.
3. Enter your Adobe ID in the field and Click Continue
- Note: Do not use the "Continue with Google" Option. that will create a different account that the licensing is not attached to.
4. You should be prompted to fill in some information and create a password. If you are presented with a password field, just click on the "Reset Password" option below the password field.
Once you are logged in then you will be able to go to Creativecloud.adobe.com to download the Creative Cloud app onto your computer.
That application will facilitate the installs fo rate rest of your applications with Adobe.
