How to Reset Your Voicemail Security Code

Pacific University's voicemail system has a self-service security
code reset feature available through the
Web PhoneManager.

Please Note: This process will only work for personal voice mailboxes,
not mailboxes shared by several users or general department mailboxes.
If you would like this feature enabled for a voice mailbox of this type,
please submit a help ticket to help@pacificu.edu
with the number and description of the mailbox in question.

Reset Your Voicemail Security Code

Go to the Web PhoneManager
login page and click the
Forgot Security Code? link located below the Login button.

Enter your Mailbox number or PUNet email address into the appropriate
field (You only need to enter one piece of information) and press OK.
An information page should appear with your name and mailbox number.

Please note: If the information on this page is inaccurate or the system
is unable to identify your email address (or you receive any other error),
please Contact Support.
This is typically due to incorrect information in the University directory and
needs to be updated.

An email will be sent to your Pacific email address containing instructions
on how to complete the reset process. Click the link found in the email
and enter a new security code. Press OK to confirm the change.
